Having spent 7 years in Germany, my wife and I know first hand what a finely crafted beer should taste like. Germans serve their beer at room temperature to enhance the taste,,, American beer is best served ice cold to mask the taste. Moose Drool is no second to the beers we enjoyed while in Germany.
Last weekend, we decided to go out to our first ever Blues Fest in Winton Minnesota. We were sitting in our lawn chairs enjoying some riffs and a room temp Drool (try it,,,, it's pretty good), when this tall lanky dude walked in front of us wearing one of the khaki Moose Drool hats. My wife, never being the shy type, holds up her Drool bottle and screams, "Hey! Drool hat!! Cheers, big ears!" over top of the band. "Uh Oh,,," I'm thinking,,,, I'm in for a butt chewin.... Instead, tall lanky dude turns, sees the bottle, laughs, and gives us both a thumbs up. Droolers are awful friendly folks! The music lasted til 3 A.M. Sunday morning.
Whew, what a party. Next year, we'll have mugs & hats ourselves!
