I had the opportunity to experience The Moose last month when visiting the Black Hills of South Dakota. I must thank my wife for noticing the Moose Drool poster in the little tavern we visited, which prompted me to try it. WOW!!! This is great ale! I am disappointed that Big Sky doesn't distribute in California. But alas, I have a fallen into a serendipitious circumstance that will allow me to consume more Drool. I volunteer at a winery (Charles B. Mitchell Vineyards, near Sacramento, CA--I'm not proud, I'll work for good wine). Two others with whom I volunteer live half time in California and half time in Oregon, one of Big Sky's distribution states. Thanks to Jim and Susan, every time they come back to California (every other month), they will be bringing me cases of Moose Drool and other Big Sky nectar. I am so happy!!!!!
