When I was a junior at the University of Montana, I was in Europe on study abroad. My friends Marcus and Brit and I did some traveling and we found ourselves in Munich Germany. Of course we couldn't pass up going to the Hofbrauhaus (of course all in the name of education!!) As we were going through the souvenir shop, I was talking to the clerk there and I noticed she had a Big Sky Brewing t-shirt on. She told me that some Missoulian had traded his Big Sky Brewing shirt for a Hofbrauhaus shirt. I still can not belive that even when I was that far from home I did get a reminder about one of Missoula's "treasures"
